Biography

Tim has been practicing law for over four decades. He earned a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Cornell University in 1969 and his Law Degree from Suffolk University in 1972. He is a member of the Massachusetts, Federal and United States Supreme Court Bars.

Tim has served as an elected member of the Haverhill School Committee and currently serves as a Director of Pentucket Bank and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Holy Family Hospital.

Tim has represented numerous non-profit agencies throughout Merrimack Valley including United Way, Habitat for Humanity, YMCA, Opportunity Works and Emmaus Housing Shelter.

Tim is a long-time member of the Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce, serving as President in 1987, Director from 1985-2002 and is a multiple year recipient of the Chamber's Jerry Loy Award for Leadership.

His community service includes Directorships on the Merrimack Valley Workforce Investment Board, Northern Essex Community College Foundation, Lawrence Literacy Works and Northeast Cultural Arts Association. He is a Founding Director of the Haverhill Unit of the American Cancer Society.

Tim is the initial recipient of the Haverhill Bar Association's Supreme Court Justice Moody Community Service Award, a Lifetime Member of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation and served as Community Service Committee Chairperson of the Massachusetts Bar Association from 1995-1998, serving as Co-Chairperson of the Association's state-wide Youth Violence Initiative and as a panelist on the Governor's Commission Against Domestic Violence.

Tim's practice areas include Probate and Trust Administration, Corporate Law, Zoning, Estate Planning, Commercial and Residential Real Estate Transactions.

Tim is semi-retired and serves primarily as a consultant and co-counsel in matters involving Real Estate, Estate Planning and Probate Administration.
