Marcia K. Rosenn

Marcia graduated from Amherst College with a degree in psychology and began her professional career in the mental health field working with severely emotionally disturbed children and their families. She then earned her law degree from Boston University and gained admission to both the New Hampshire and Massachusetts bars. Prior to joining Sheehan, Schiavoni, Jutras and Magliocchetti, LLP, Marcia served communities in New Hampshire for more than a decade as a prosecutor in both district and superior courts. She has successfully tried hundreds of criminal cases, including driving while intoxicated matters, drug offenses, burglaries, assaults, stalking, and thefts. She spent over six years prosecuting for the Derry Police Department, where she also routinely conducted Administrative License Suspension hearings, and before that served as an Assistant Rockingham County Attorney for nearly five years prosecuting felony cases in Rockingham County. Prior to becoming a prosecutor, Marcia worked at Nelson, Kinder, Mosseau & Saturley, PC in Manchester, New Hampshire in the civil arena, where she litigated claims of medical and mental health malpractice, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, covenants not to compete, commercial actions and products liability.

Marcia is an ardent advocate for animals as well as people, having served since 2008 as the Secretary for the Board of Directors of the Friends of the Manchester Animal Shelter, a no kill shelter in Manchester, New Hampshire. For ten years, Marcia has also been a foster parent to hundreds of cats and kittens.
