Josh has been practicing law for fourteen years. During that time he has specialized in sophisticated trust and estate planning, tax planning, and advising nonprofit organizations. Josh graduated cum laude from Vermont Law School in 1998 and received an LLM (advanced law degree) cum laude in tax from Boston University in 1999. Josh also has a B.A. in political science from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia.
In addition to being part of the team of SSJM Attorneys, Josh currently also serves as a Tax Manager at the accounting firm of Alexander, Aronson and Finning, where he leads all of their trust, estate and nonprofit tax matters. He heads the tax research team for the firm.

The depth and breadth of Josh’s experience allows him to effectively and efficiently serve his clients by solving complex legal and tax issues in an understandable manner with practical results.
